The ApiSolutions Consortium is a Virginia based not for profit organization with contributors from all over the world dedicated to promoting excellence in honey and hive products. Our mission includes education and support for achieving excellence in honey and hive products. This website provides resources to help you improve your knowledge, skills and abilities in the production, processing, packaging, and marketing of high-quality honey and hive products as well as resources on participating in honey shows and judging honey and hive products.
The ApiSolutions Consortium honors the expert craftsmen and women who have graciously shared their knowledge and allowed us to work and learn beside them. We are proud to hold Welsh Honey Judge certification from the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. We are also experienced in traditional American methods of honey judging. We have supported honey shows as judges, stewards, superintendents, secretaries and more in many places including Northern Ireland, at The National in the U.K., Eastern Apicultural Society (EAS), and honey shows in DC, NJ, MD, DE, WV, VA including youth 4-H honey shows. We appreciate your efforts in promoting the craft.
