As the show is to be a competition, it is fundamental that all exhibitors know in advance the judging criteria for each class and follow the rules herein. The EAS Honey Show Committee is responsible for drafting policies, rules and judging criteria and for disseminating information. Judges will adhere to the Committee’s policies and rules.
