EAS will devote an entire day in the Short Course to a series of workshops on judging honey shows focusing on the most common classes found in a honey show. Presented by experienced judges and honey show superintendents.  Attendees can pick and choose which sessions they wish to attend, however for maximum benefit, we encourage anyone serious about pursuing judging to attend the entire day. EAS does not certify judges however certificates of workshop completion will be available by request for those who attend all day.

Attendees should bring their own samples of honey, comb, wax blocks, and candles for the hands-on judging sessions- entries with defects as well as pristine entries will add to the practice judging experience.
